Lady Restaria of Dawnstar deserves the highest praise for the work found upon these pages.

Long ago, when I served among the Vigilants of Stendarr, I knew her as a generous ally in dark times. When plague and vampirism spread across Skyrim, she gave freely of her healing draughts, providing the Vigilants with countless Cure Disease potions when they were sorely needed.

It was that generosity that led me to seek her aid in completing this compendium. When I finally found her again, she did not hesitate. She took up her work at once—capturing and preparing every drawing upon this page so that the alchemical knowledge within might be properly recorded and shared.

As a tailor, I have little business at an alchemist's table. Without Lady Restaria's time, skill, and generosity, this page would not exist.

May her name stand beside this work, for she has earned the credit not merely as a contributor, but as the hand that made these pages possible.
